Who can use Xatheryn Connect
You must be at least 13 years old. Ages 13-17 require a parent or guardian to create the account from their own account — a minor cannot sign up for themselves. By using Xatheryn Connect, you confirm the legal name and date of birth you provide are accurate.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give Xatheryn Connect the license needed to display it to other users as the product is designed to. You are responsible for what you post and for having the rights to any photo, video, or vehicle you list.
Posting, sharing, and deleting content
You can delete any post you authored at any time; it is removed immediately and permanently. You can also share (repost) another person's post to your own feed, optionally with your own caption — the original author is credited and notified, and removing the original later removes it from your share as well. You can send a post directly to a mutual follow, either as a private message or as a public post on their profile page; both require you to already be mutual follows. Posting in the News category is limited to accounts verified as journalists; everyone else can still read News content, including where it surfaces inside the Local and For You feeds.
Prohibited conduct
Illegal conduct is not allowed — including communicated threats, harassment, cyberstalking, and anything else unlawful. Reports are reviewed by the site administrator, and violations can result in content removal or account suspension. Posting or messaging the exact same text more than a few times is automatically blocked and flagged for administrator review as likely spam.
Dealership marketplace
Dealership lets you list a vehicle for sale. The price you set is the full, total offer to sell the vehicle — not an asking price, and not a down payment, deposit, or partial amount toward some higher price you intend to reveal later. This exists specifically to prevent that bait-and-switch: listing a low number to attract buyers, then insisting on more once someone is interested. If a buyer accepts your listed price, that acceptance forms a binding agreement directly between you and that buyer to sell for exactly that amount. Xatheryn Connect is not a party to that agreement, does not process any payment, does not verify the vehicle's condition or the seller's right to sell it, and does not guarantee the sale completes. Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging and completing the actual exchange of money, title, and possession themselves, off-platform, and for complying with any applicable state or local vehicle-sale laws.
No warranty
Xatheryn Connect is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of anything posted by users, including Dealership listings.
Account termination
We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
Changes
These terms may change as the product does. Material changes will be reflected here.
